1. HOW DO WE BOOK?

  • First, fill out a booking request (click here).

  • We will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm your booking.

     

2. HOW MUCH IS IT?

  • It's $475/night with a minimum 4 night stay.

     

3. WHY DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM STAY?

  • We have a minimum stay of 4 nights to cover cleaning costs.

     

4. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN WE BRING?

  • We allow for a maximum of 8 people.

     

5. HOW DO WE PAY?

  • Once we confirm a booking, we expect a deposit of one night's charge ($475) within 14 days via bank transfer.

  • The balance is due 30 days before your stay commences.

  • Failure to pay deposit may result in your booking being cancelled and the property being made available to others. 

     

6. WHAT HAPPENS IF WE CHANGE OUR MIND AFTER THE BOOKING HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

  • If you need to cancel a booking please let us know as soon as possible. 

  • Should YOU choose to cancel the booking a cancellation charge will apply. This charge is usually 10.0% of the total booking charge. 

  • However, a cancellation within 14 days of the scheduled start of stay results in a cancellation charge amounting to 20.0% of the total booking charge. 

  • A cancellation within 48 hours results in a charge of 100.0% of the total booking charge.
     

 

7. HOW DO WE GET THERE?

  • The easiest way to get there is by car, the house has heaps of car parks.

  • It's a 1 hour drive from Queenstown

  • Or a 5 minute drive from Wanaka township
